Holistic Nutrition focuses on a natural approach to a healthy diet, and includes all aspects of your lifestyle - emotional, physical, mental, spiritual and environmental - to help promote optimal health. After completing a Health & Wellness Intake Form, together we will take a look at all aspects of your life, and I will create your individualized wellness plan (including diet and lifestyle recommendations) to help you reach and maintain your health and wellness goals.

Depending on your lifestyle, how active you are, and your overall health, your nutritional needs, including your vitamin and mineral requirements, change as you age. It is important to keep up with and understand these changing needs to maintain your health as you get older. Not sure how to modify your diet as you age? Following completion of a one-week food journal, this program will show you how to alter your diet in your 40s, 50s and 60s+ to ensure you are getting all of the recommended daily nutrient requirements for your age group and lifestyle.
Looking to modify your lifestyle a little further? Your diet is not the only important aspect of aging well. Physical activity level and social engagement are both key components of maintaining a happy, healthy lifestyle as you age. Through discussing your interests and hobbies, let me help you find activities and programs in your area to support your health and promote aging well.

Tips and meal suggestions to help your teens make healthy choices during this very important growth period.
Frustrated and worried about your preteen/teen's eating habits? Worried they are not getting all of the nutrients they need for their growing bodies? I am right there with you! I have two of my own at home, so I completely understand the daily struggle to get them to make healthy choices and understand the importance of developing healthy habits early on to help them grow into healthy adults with healthy lifestyles.
This program will provide you with some tips and suggestions that have worked for my family. Following the completion of your teen's one-week food journal, I will also provide some guidance for improving their diet, including suggestions for items to add and/or eliminate, and simple modifications to make some of their favourite meals and snacks healthier.

Navigating the health and wellness world can sometimes be overwhelming. From healthy food choices, nutritional supplements, all-natural beauty products, environmentally-safe cleaning products, to reusable and sustainable products, the choices seem endless and it can be difficult to know where to begin. So, let me do the research and leg work for you! I have tried numerous health and wellness products, shopped in-store and on-line, and read reviews of countless products. Through this program, I will share with you and provide you with lists of my favourite places to shop for food and health and wellness products, my preferred brands and products, and tips and suggestions for finding the right products for you.
If there is something specific you are looking for, and just can't find it or don't have the time to do the research, let me do it for you! We can discuss your needs, preferences and budget and I will provide you with my recommended options. Or, alternatively, let's shop together! Busy lifestyles can sometimes make it difficult to eat healthy and maintain a nutrient-dense diet. This is where meal planning and prepping come in and can help you to maintain your healthy habits. Let me help you keep your diet on track when things get busy by providing you with tips and suggestions for make-ahead meals and ingredient preparation.
Meal Plans and Recipe Collections
Or, take it one step further and save time with healthy, ready-made meal plans or recipe collections (3-day, 7-day or 14-day), including ingredient lists and simple recipes, promoting well-balanced diets of whole foods and nutrient-dense meals. Diet-specific meal plans (low-carbohydrate, ketogenic, vegetarian, etc.) with specific ingredients/meal requests can be prepared upon request and at an additional cost.
